Join a community of moms for an enriching yoga experience that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized. During class we will focus on specific exercises to help strengthen your postnatal body and develop lasting relationships that extend off the mat. This will be a fun and functional class for both mom and baby!
This is great for moms 6 weeks postpartum (8-10 after cesarean) and babies who are not yet crawling. As always, consult your care provider before starting a new activity!
