Chris Roche

Chris Roche has nearly 25 years of experience as a personal trainer, coach, group fitness instructor, yoga teacher, meditation guide, and workshop presenter. His certifications range from Yoga Alliance, Wholistic Fitness, CrossFit, Russian Kettlebell Challenge, MovNat and much more. He also has a degree in Exercise Science and advanced study and instruction in meditation and the contemplative arts. He is the founder/creator of “Bridging the Wellness Gap”, a holistic lifestyle transformation program that focuses on health, fitness, and well-being.

Each of his classes embody what he refers to "Strength and Stillness" - a dance between intense effort and ease within the body, the breath and the mind.

Chris draws his inspiration from his diverse background, which includes yoga, meditation, ultramarathons, strength and conditioning, and mindfulness training. This, along with his life experience and deep personal practice, is what shapes his unique approach to Yoga and Fitness. Chris has logged well over 10,000 hours of class instruction and taught Yoga and fitness to thousands of students ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners; from stay at home parents to Hollywood celebrities and rock stars. Chris is also honored to have served 8 years in the U.S. Coast Guard.

Bring a towel and be sure to hydrate yourself before and after class! This is an open to all levels class.
