Each of his classes embody what he refers to "Strength and Stillness" - a dance between intense effort and ease within the body, the breath and the mind.
Chris draws his inspiration from his diverse background, which includes yoga, meditation, ultramarathons, strength and conditioning, and mindfulness training. This, along with his life experience and deep personal practice, is what shapes his unique approach to Yoga and Fitness. Chris has logged well over 10,000 hours of class instruction and taught Yoga and fitness to thousands of students ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners; from stay at home parents to Hollywood celebrities and rock stars. Chris is also honored to have served 8 years in the U.S. Coast Guard.
