"Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured." - BKS Iyengar.
Megan has lived with severe Crohn's Disease since 8 years old. She has battled depression and anxiety leaving her feeling small, ugly, and alone... until she started practicing yoga. Through a daily practice she has learned to love her body and how real change comes from within. She received her 200 hr training in Costa Rica with Passion Yoga School in 2015 and in October 2017 she will be receiving her 500hr with Ahkanda Yoga in India. She is also a published writer with Elephant Journal about her journey with yoga. Her flows are created to empower and challenge you to build strength and free your mind. She gives adjustments to help take you deeper in the poses and integrate breath work to focus. "The way yoga continues to heal and empower me is the most incredible gift… a gift that I intend to share with every student.
