Amanda started practicing yoga as a way to find more balance in life as a project manager in 2006. Now married and a mother to two wonderful girls, yoga continues to keep her more grounded, more at ease, and more present to her family. To take her practice to the next level, she decided to take Invoke’s Teacher Training program with Ahna Hoke and is a RYT-200 through Yoga Alliance. For Amanda, yoga is about showing up on your mat, connecting your breath with movement, and acknowledging the light we all have within us.

Prenatal Yoga (Separate class pricing)
Gracefully flow through guided meditation, breathing and movement that cultivates your ability to relax while strengthening the muscles that support your growing baby. This class balances the physical, spiritual and emotional bodies through a flowing series of postures, offering modifications for different stages of pregnancy. All levels welcome. You can drop in to a class for $20 or purchase of 5 for $75.
Vinyasa Yoga - Level 1
Vinyasa Yoga - Level 1 - This is a basic or slower paced class that is perfect for beginners or those that prefer a slow flow. Designed for the new yogi or for the experienced student who is interested in a deeper understanding of the poses. You will go through the basic poses and be introduced to vinyasa breathing techniques and class structure.
