200 hour program
2/1/18 - 2/27/18

All participants will arrive January 31st with accommodations beginning that evening.

There are two options for the lucky travelers who will be joining us for the Invoke Bali training: A two week 100-hour In-Depth Yoga Studies Program, or our Yoga Alliance Registered, 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program.

The two week program is an opportunity to delve deeper into your practice while making the most of our culturally invigorating setting. During this 100-hour training, you will explore the details of both basic and more advanced poses in asana, strengthening your mind and your body for the more challenging postures. Pick and choose from
a rich syllabus of classes and
studies, and use the rest of your time to explore Bali. This immersion, if taken in its entirety, can be a prerequisite for those continuing onto the 200-hour training within two years.

The full month program is an ideal way to complete your journey to becoming a yoga teacher. Invoke’s rigorous 200-hour teacher training program is condensed to four weeks, and further enriched by the idyllic spiritual setting of Ubud. The pro- gram will give you the fundamentals to teach an Invoke vinyasa class, and the invaluable foundation that you’ll need as you become an inspiring instructor.
