Thank you for your interest in Invoke Studio! This FAQ will give you some information about the studio and what to expect with your Groupon
purchase.
What classes is the Groupon valid for?
The March 2012 Groupon is valid for all the regular weekly classes on the
Schedule
at BOTH our downtown and 86th & Guion Road locations. The Intro to Yoga & Intro to Pilates Workshops as well all other workshops and
reformer sessions and reformer classes are not covered by the Groupon promotions.
How long is the Groupon valid?
The March 2012 Groupon expires on September 26, 2012. You must activate your package on or before this date. It will be valid for 30 days from
your date of redemption.
I tried to register online using Mindbody and did not find my Groupon in the system. How do I register online?
Please note that Groupon is a separate company and our software system, Mindbody is not linked with their online system. You must first present
your Groupon coupon in person (with a print out or on your phone). After your first visit, your Groupon will be entered into Mindbody and then
moving forward you can schedule classes online.
Where are you located?
Invoke Studio has two locations. Our primary and home location is at 970 Fort Wayne Avenue at the triangle of Central Avenue, 10th Street and
Fort Wayne Avenue. Invoke Studio's satellite location is located at 8660 Guion Road off 86th Street in Indy Health & Fitness. Directions to
both locations can be found at http://www.invokestudio.com/directions.htm
I've never practiced yoga or pilates before. Which classes are beginner-friendly?
Beginners are welcome to classes that are marked Basics or Open level. Classes at the 8660 Guion Road location tend to have fewer people
therefore they may be more appropriate for beginner students. The Intro to Pilates and Intro to Yoga Workshops are not included as listed on
your Groupon restrictions.
Do I need to make a reservation when I'm ready to come to a class?
Reservations are not required. Feel free to drop in to any of the classes on the regular weekly schedule. On the day of your first class,
please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign in and get settled.
Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you to class. Most people prefer to have their own yoga mat for hygienic and energetic reasons. We
do have a few mats to lend out in case you don't have one.
What should I wear?
Wear clothes that allow you free range of motion, such as yoga pants and a tank top. For the heated yoga classes please wear layers. Both Yoga
and Pilates are practiced with bare feet.
Is there anything else I need to bring?
You might like to bring a bottle of water and a towel. And don't forget to bring your Groupon!
The fine print says "Limit 1 per person" and "May buy multiples as gifts." Can I buy myself some Groupons as gifts to myself and use more
than one? Or what if a friend bought me a gift in addition to the one I purchased for myself?
No. You can only redeem one. If you buy more than one then you have to give them away as gifts to other people. We have a strict policy of
limit one Groupon per customer. If we offer multiple Groupons throughout the year (i.e. one in March and a completely separate promotion in
June) then, yes, you can purchase one of each because they are different Groupon promotions.
