Intro to Pilates is a workshop designed for the beginning student and for those who want a deeper understanding of Joseph Pilates’ system of exercise. Meeting the first four Monday evenings of each month, the first class begins with basic principles of alignment, core strengthening and form. Each sequential class builds upon the first.
