100-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Invoke Studio

Invoke’s 100-hour In-Depth Yoga Studies Program is offered twice a year and is a comprehensive immersion style course for dedicated students of yoga, yoga teachers and teachers in training. It is an opportunity to delve deep into the knowledge and wisdom of yoga to make a lasting, positive impact on and off your mat. This immersion will give you the chance to learn more about yoga than can be taught during a class.

During our 100-Hour training, you will explore the details of both basic and more advanced poses in Asana. You will strengthen your body and allow yourself to find better access to the more challenging postures during our in-depth inquiry and gained knowledge of alignment principles.

If you have a desire to learn, you are welcome to apply for either our spring/summer or fall/winter training. All level yogi’s are welcome. This immersion is a prerequisite for anyone interested in taking our 200-hour Training.
