REFUND POLICY

 

Refund policy for Group Classes

All group classes are final sale and non-refundable. If you purchase and schedule a group class and are unable to attend, you have up to 2 hours before your scheduled class to cancel. If you do not cancel 2 hours prior, you will be charged for that class and it will not be returned. You may not share or transfer your purchased group classes, packages or specials with other accounts. To receive credit for your class to use towards another Invoke group class, you must cancel at least 2 hours prior to that class. All Packages expire after 6 months.

 

Refund policy for Workshops

All Workshops and Special Events are final sale and non-refundable. If you purchase and schedule a Workshop or Special Event and are unable to attend, you have up to 24 hours to cancel. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior, you will be charged and the credit will not be returned to your account. You may not share or transfer Workshops or Special Events with other accounts. To receive credit for your missed Workshop or Special Event to use towards another Invoke event, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior and speak to Invoke Management to assist with transferring your credit to your account.

 

Refund Policy for Retail

All retail may be returned and/or exchanged as long as it has never been worn and the tags are still with the item.
