Invoke Yoga and Pilates is Indianapolis' Official Peak Pilates® Education Center. We invite you to come and learn how to teach Pilates with professional staff and the most complete certification program available. Invoke is proud to host nationally recognized Peak Pilates teacher training. Glenna Nall, Peak Pilates ® Master Instructor will lead two Basic Mat Pilates Trainings and the Comprehensive Level 1 Certification at Invoke Wellness Center.
The Peak Pilates Mat Certification Program provides a solid foundation in the Classical Mat exercises, while delivering the tools necessary to progress individual clients and group classes safely and effectively in a health club or studio setting.
The Peak Pilates Comprehensive Level 1 training has four weekend modules build upon the knowledge and skills learned in the prior module and culminate in a Level I Peak Pilates Comprehensive Certification.

This four module program culminates in a Level 1 Peak Pilates Comprehensive Certification.
Module 1: June 8-10
Module 2: July 6-8
Module 3: August 10-12
Module 4: September 7-9
All modules run Friday 4-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 8-5pm.

Module 1: The Foundation (20 hours) Introduces students to the Pilates principles, fundamentals and the “Powerhouse”, and the Peak Pilates 5-Part Formula. Lessons focus on introductory mat work and building blocks.
Module 2: Introduction to the Apparatus (20 hours) Students progress to lessons on the reformer, high chair, small barrel and high ladder barrel, and learn about transitions, cueing and touch techniques.
Module 3: Beginner/Intermediate Level Apparatus (20 hours) Module 3 adds Pilates low chair exercises, intermediate level reformer and ladder barrel exercises. More advanced teaching concepts include identifying common errors and proper body alignment, and structuring a Pilates session.
Module 4: Teaching, Technique and Assessments (20 hours) Students complete the remaining high ladder barrel exercises, practice teach, andreview all exercises.
Assessments are completed on the final day.
A Peak Pilates Level I Certification is awarded to instructors who pass all Level I assessments and complete 120 logged hours.
