Danielle Dorman

Danielle found yoga in 2013 during her last semester of college. She went to her mat to both relieve stress and achieve a balanced physical practice. Yoga was an outlet to work on herself and to bring more peace within. Having a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, her passion is to help improve the health of others, both physically and mentally. Dani achieved her RYT 200hr certification in December 2017 at Invoke Studio to share the endless benefits of yoga with her students. She aims to make each class lighthearted, energizing, and enlightening.


Danielle Dorman instructs the following:
  • Vinyasa Yoga - Level 1
  • Vinyasa Yoga - Level 1 - This is a basic or slower paced class that is perfect for beginners or those that prefer a slow flow. Designed for the new yogi or for the experienced student who is interested in a deeper understanding of the poses. You will go through the basic poses and be introduced to vinyasa breathing techniques and class structure.
