Prenatal Yoga
In Prenatal Yoga, we focus on strengthening your body through the duration of pregnancy, building endurance to prepare for childbirth, learning to relax in times of tension and fatigue, and adding to your community of mamas and parents. Most importantly, you will be met where you are, in any stage of pregnancy, and be guided through a thoughtful class that will help prepare you for labor and motherhood. Prenatal is specific for your ever-changing body and life.
Mondays: 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm at Invoke Wellness Center (starting July 7)
Wednesdays: 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm at Invoke Downtown
Postnatal & Baby Yoga
Reconnect to your core and pelvic floor, begin to build strength back in your body, and relieve common discomforts of constant baby holding and feeding! Class ends by connecting to your babes with songs and gentle massage, followed by relaxation. (60 minutes)
There will be an opportunity to stay after class, feed your baby, and chat with the group about all things motherhood. (30 minutes)
First Wednesday of the month: 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Invoke Downtown
Third Tuesday of the month: 12:00 pm - 2:00pm at Invoke Wellness Center
Postnatal Pilates Reformer
Postnatal Reformer (Small Group) - This class will utilize the Pilates reformer, tower, mat, and chairs. Maximum of 6 students per class. We will focus on rebuilding core (abs, hips) connections post-baby and addressing changes to shoulder and upper body position that occur post-baby. Individual modifications will be offered as needed.
You are welcome to bring your non-crawling baby, but also welcome to attend solo. No previous reformer experience is required.
Sign up using your reformer drop-in, 5-pack, or reformer auto-renewal package.

TESS
Pregnancy and birth are two of the most exciting, yet uncertain events in a family’s life. While we often think of pregnancy as starting with two pink lines, the journey starts long before. That’s where I come in.
I founded Attend Natal Care as a practitioner in a very comprehensive approach from prenatal yoga, through doula support, and including postpartum services for parents that need an extra hand with nighttime care and lactation.
While I certainly have credentials (and important ones!), a lot of what I bring to the table comes from my own experiences as a mother and caretaker to two busy boys. So you can fully expect the sense of humor I’ve acquired (a survival mechanism, to be sure) to bring levity to the yoga class, birthing room, and long nights with a newborn. If you’re looking for an expert that ‘gets it’ and can help you through it with calm reassurance, you’re in the right place.

Katelyn
Katelyn discovered yoga in high school, but it wasn't until her first pregnancy in 2022 that she truly fell in love with the practice. Prenatal yoga became a powerful tool in preparing for birth, navigating early motherhood, and finding community during a transformative time.
After more than a decade in New York City, Katelyn returned to her hometown of Indy in 2023 while expecting her second child—this time with a mission: To support, educate, and connect new and expecting moms through the practice of yoga. She completed her 200-hour YTT, her 100-hour prenatal/postnatal, and she also has a certificate in baby yoga & developmental movement through Karma Kids Yoga.
In Katelyn’s prenatal and postnatal classes you can expect to prepare or heal your body before or after birth, learn something new, make a friend and hopefully laugh a little! In addition to teaching at Invoke, Katelyn co-leads Kiki & Lala’s Music and Movement, a joyful program of music and yoga for babies, toddlers, and their caregivers, which she runs alongside her sister.
